Do I need technical knowledge to use the automations you build?
No. We build everything, test it, document it, and walk your team through how it works. You don't need to touch any code or understand the underlying technology. If something breaks or needs changing, that's what our maintenance plan covers.
What tools can you connect?
We use n8n, which integrates with 400+ tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, QuickBooks, Notion, Airtable, and hundreds more. If your tool has an API, we can almost certainly connect it.
How long does it take to get a workflow live?
Most single workflows go from first call to production in 1–2 weeks. More complex multi-workflow projects typically take 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline after the initial audit.
What happens if something breaks?
Our maintenance plans include monitoring and alerts. If a workflow fails, we're notified automatically and fix it - usually before you even notice. For clients on maintenance plans, this is included at no extra cost.
