Privacy Policy
Al Quran MP3 30 Juz Offline (Android). Effective 26 August 2026.
This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The short version: the app plays Quran recitation offline, it has no accounts and asks for nothing personal, and the data that does leave your device goes to the advertising and analytics services listed below.
What the app does not collect
The app has no sign-up and no login. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. Your listening happens on your device.
What is collected, and by whom
The app includes services from four companies. Each receives data directly from your device when the app is online:
Google AdMob shows the ads. It receives your IP address (used to estimate your general area, such as your country or city), your device’s advertising ID, ad interaction events and performance diagnostics. Google’s privacy policy.
Meta Audience Network bids on some of that ad space and receives the advertising ID and ad events. Meta’s privacy policy.
Google Analytics for Firebase tells us how the app is used: screens opened, surahs played, session length, app version, device model, country. It uses a random app-instance ID, not your identity. Firebase privacy documentation.
Microsoft Clarity records how screens are used (taps, scrolls, errors) so we can find and fix problems. Text and personal content are masked before anything is stored. Microsoft’s privacy statement.
In Play Store terms, this means the app collects and shares approximate location, device or other IDs, app interactions, crash logs and diagnostics, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. All of it travels encrypted (TLS).
Ads and consent
Ads keep the app free. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app shows a consent form (Google’s UMP) before personalised ads are served, and you can decline. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings under Privacy and Ads, which also limits ad personalisation.
Purchases
The remove-ads purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your card, bank or payment details. The purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored on a new device from inside the app.
Data retention and deletion
The app stores no personal data of its own, so there is no account to delete. The services above keep their data under their own retention rules; Google Analytics data, for example, expires after 14 months. Resetting your advertising ID disconnects future ad data from the old ID. For anything else, email us and we will help: infoquran786@gmail.com.
Children
The app is made for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the services above receive the same limited technical data for every user.
Changes
If the app starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the Play Store data safety section is updated with it. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
